Arrival/Departure

Our apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. onwards. If you wish, we can arrange an early check-in by phone or e-mail before your arrival. Since we have to prepare the apartments for the next guests on the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 a.m. Should the apartment remain, you can of course stay longer if you wish. Talk to us about a late check-out.

Breakfast

Enjoy our regional breakfast from 07.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. In the cosy stube or outside on the sun terrace - with a panoramic view over Lana and the Etschtal Valley.

Laundry

In the entrance area there is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Here you can do your laundry in the afternoon. In your apartment you will find a small clothes horse.

 

SOUTH TYROL GUEST PASS

NEW from March 2023: SüdtirolGuestPass for free use of all public transport in South Tyrol.

 Included in the overnight price, you enjoy the following services:

• Regional trains in South Tyrol: Brenner/Brennero to Trento as well as Mals/Malles

until Innichen/San Candido

• Local buses (city buses, intercity buses)

• Burgstall-Vöran/Postal-Verano, Vilpian-Mölten/Vilpiano-Meltina, Bozen-Ritten/Bolzano-Renon, Bozen-Kohlern/Bolzano-Colle, Mühlbach-Meransen/Rio di Pusteria-Maranza cable cars 

• Ritten/Renon railway and the Mendel/Mendola funicular

WIFI

During your stay at abinà, free Wi-Fi is at your disposal. You will receive your password upon arrival.

 

Parking space

Below the house there are free, partially covered parking spaces available.

 

Dogs

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed. We kindly ask for your understanding.

 

Rates

Our prices are per day and per apartment (2 persons). The price includes accommodation, breakfast, bed linen, Wi-Fi, heating, water, gas, electricity and cleaning (incl. final cleaning). Separately charged:

• Prices for children: For your children we charge 20,00 to 48,00 Euro depending on age and season.

• Additional persons: Each additional person in the apartment costs seasonally (and on request)

Local tax

The local tax is 2,40 € per night and person. Children up to 13 years are exempt from local tax.

 

Minimum stay

The minimum stay in the apartments is three days. There is no minimum stay in the double rooms.

Payment

You can pay your bill on the evening before departure or on the day of departure from 8.00 a.m. onwards. In addition to cash, we accept EC cards, VISA and Mastercard.

 

Booking/Deposit

Your reservation will be confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total price.

 

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB

In case of non-arrival or early departure we have to charge a part of the costs:

• Cancellation fee up to 90 days before arrival: 0%.

• Cancellation fee from 89 - 30 days before arrival: 30%.

• Cancellation fee up to 7 days before arrival: 60%.

• Cancellation fee in the last week before arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure or in case of no-show: 100%.

Life does not always go as planned, so we understand if you cannot start your planned holiday. To ensure that you are protected against the unforeseeable circumstances, we recommend you take out the European Travel Cancellation Insurance: www.europaeische.at
